4. Messaging program (SMS, MMS, and RCS)

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Headroom, including booking confirmations, account notices, appointment reminders, and occasional updates about memberships and events.

Message frequency varies based on your activity and preferences.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
To stop receiving messages, reply STOP at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Acceptable use
