Why HeadRoom

Private when you need privacy. Flexible when you don’t need a lease.

Professional office infrastructure without professional office overhead. Private offices, real conference rooms and a business address, used when you need them.

Built for focus, not for noise

Most coworking is an open floor and a coffee grinder. HeadRoom is private offices and real conference rooms, so you can take a client call without apologizing for the room.

Four places to walk into

Media, Wayne and Aston on a Flexible membership, with West Chester added on Flexible Plus.

No yearly price hikes. No nickel-and-diming.

We do not raise prices every year, and we do not charge members for the little things. Some national chains bill members to hand them a fax. We never will. Wi-Fi, coffee and scanning are in the price, and Virtual and Flexible plans need only 30 days’ notice.

Rooms without a membership

Conference rooms and boardrooms can be booked by the hour, half day or full day, Resident or not.

Locally owned

Not a national chain. The people at the desk know your name and know which room you like.

A network, not just a lobby

Members send each other work. The community is entrepreneurs, consultants and creatives who take the job seriously.

Non-member, Media
“My company has been using HeadRoom for the past four years. It is the perfect solution for a business that needs access to physical space, but not often enough to justify renting commercial real estate. I am very happy with them.”
Flex resident, Media
“I can’t say enough good things about HeadRoom. Having a business address and office space with them gave me everything I needed, all in one place, without any hassle. The staff genuinely cares, and they have been incredible with communication and mail handling. Highly recommend them to anyone needing solid workspace or business services!”
Virtual resident, Aston
“I started with the shared space package because I didn’t need much office time. As my business grew, I was able to move into a dedicated office. You really can’t find a better deal for your money, and the staff is amazing! HeadRoom has something for any business at any stage of its journey. They’ve been an integral part of my business’s growth.”

Questions

The short answers.

What is the difference between Flexible and Flexible Plus?
One location. Flexible covers Media at Veterans Square, Wayne and Aston. Flexible Plus covers those three and adds West Chester. Everything else about the two plans is identical, so if your clients are in Chester County the only difference is West Chester, for $51 more a month.
How do I choose the right membership?
Three questions settle it. Do you need an address or a desk? How often will you actually be in? And do you need West Chester? Virtual is the address on its own, Flexible is shared private offices booked as you need them, Flexible Plus adds West Chester, and Dedicated is a room that is only ever yours. The chooser on the membership page walks through it in about ten seconds.
Can I use the meeting rooms at 211 N. Olive Street?
Only if you are a permanent resident of that building. The offices at 211 N. Olive are rented full time and the two meeting rooms there are reserved for the people who work in the building. Every other location is open to members and to the public.
Is coworking better than a home office?
It depends on how you work. A home office costs less, but HeadRoom gives you private professional space, meeting rooms, a business address and separation between home and work when you need it. If you mostly need the address, Virtual is $100 a month, and conference rooms book by the hour.
Is this a good option for remote employees?
Yes. Remote employees use HeadRoom for private workspace, fast internet, client meetings and focused work without commuting to a corporate office.
