One location. Flexible covers Media at Veterans Square, Wayne and Aston. Flexible Plus covers those three and adds West Chester. Everything else about the two plans is identical, so if your clients are in Chester County the only difference is West Chester, for $51 more a month.

Three questions settle it. Do you need an address or a desk? How often will you actually be in? And do you need West Chester? Virtual is the address on its own, Flexible is shared private offices booked as you need them, Flexible Plus adds West Chester, and Dedicated is a room that is only ever yours. The chooser on the membership page walks through it in about ten seconds.

Only if you are a permanent resident of that building. The offices at 211 N. Olive are rented full time and the two meeting rooms there are reserved for the people who work in the building. Every other location is open to members and to the public.

It depends on how you work. A home office costs less, but HeadRoom gives you private professional space, meeting rooms, a business address and separation between home and work when you need it. If you mostly need the address, Virtual is $100 a month, and conference rooms book by the hour.

Yes, you can use your HeadRoom address as your business and mailing address. Using it as your registered office for service of process is available at our Media (Veterans Square) and Aston locations, and requires HeadRoom’s written consent. An additional fee may apply. Ask us before you file.

A shared office on the Flexible membership is completely private while you are in it, and goes back into the pool when you are not. A Dedicated office is yours alone: your key, your furniture, your things left on the desk, available 24/7.

Flexible Plus is $450 and adds West Chester, and doubles to 100 hours for $900.

Members’ bookings count against their plan hours in every room except the Olympus Boardroom, and West Chester rooms count only on Flexible Plus and Dedicated. It depends on the location. Aston has free parking at the door on Springbrooke Boulevard. West Chester is downtown, with metered street parking and borough garages a short walk away (West Chester parking). Media (Veterans Square) has paid street parking plus nearby garages and lots. Wayne has a free on-site lot.

No. We do not raise prices every year, and we do not nickel-and-dime members for the little things. Wi-Fi, coffee and scanning are in the price.

Yes. Outside food is fine in the meeting rooms. Please clean up after yourself when you leave.

Extra time is billed by the hour, so just book the additional time if the room is available. Members’ extra time comes out of their plan hours first. If a member runs past the 50 hours in their plan, we apply a second block of 50 hours when that works out cheaper than paying by the hour. We are fair about it.

Yes. A deposit equal to one month’s membership fee is required for all memberships. That applies to Virtual Office, Flexible, Flexible Plus and Dedicated Office.
