HeadRoom Managing Partner John Tooher will speak at the Outside-In Talent Seminar in Wilmington, DE on December 11th. John will share his experiences as President and General Manager at YellAdworks. Prior to joining HeadRoom, John led the 3,000-person global operation engaged in the production of print and online advertising solutions. He managed eight operations centers over four countries, and he will be sharing his deep knowledge about the factors at play in engaging a widely dispersed global workforce. He will focus on the best people, talent, and policy practices that led the global multi-media company to top performance.

John began his career in 1986 as a process engineer with General Electric. From 1988 to 1997, John worked for 3M where he held various senior technical and manufacturing management roles. From 1997 to 2002, John worked for a 3M spin-off, Imation Corp., and was responsible for European technical, manufacturing and service operations for a number of divisions. John joined YellAdworks, Inc. in 2003, where he gained considerable experience in the challenges of nurturing a workforce participating in a 24/7 global production workflow.

As Managing Partner at HeadRoom, John now brings his expertise in corporate strategy to local entrepreneurs and start-ups. He will lead the Small Business Re-Engineering Workshop on December 6th and 13th, as well as January 17th and 24th.
